Additionally, Rich achieved the #2 position in Ulster County for Individual Gross Sales Volume in both 2020 and 2021, setting records in three counties and two villages in the Catskill Mountains. In 2019, while establishing The Wolf Team Catskills, Rich ranked #3 in Ulster County for Individual Gross Sales and repeated this feat in 2022.
